With over 15 years experience supporting busy teams, directors and business owners with everything from day-to-day admin to full operational support. I’ve managed the full new enquiry and client journey across multiple businesses-responding quickly and qualifying leads, coordinated calendars, handled confidential documents, proofread reports, organised events and supported HR meetings. I’ve led junior staff, created training schedules, built admin systems from scratch and improved internal processes that saved time, money and stress.
